What Happens to Your Files?

When you use my tools to work with files, images, or PDFs:

Everything happens in your browser on your computer
Your files never leave your device
I never see them, store them, or send them anywhere
When you close the page, everything is gone

Think of it like using a calculator. The calculator doesn't remember what you calculated yesterday. Same here.

What I Do Track

I use Fathom Analytics to understand how people use the site. Here's what I see:

Which tools are popular
How many people visit
What country and city visitors are from (but not your exact address)

Here's what I DON'T see:

Who you are
Your personal information
What files you're working with
Your exact location or address

Fathom doesn't use cookies and respects your privacy. They're one of the good guys.

Cookies and Local Storage

I don't use cookies for tracking. Your browser stores some minimal data locally to improve your experience:

Theme preference (light, dark, or system)
Page preferences to improve usability
Cached ad configurations (refreshed every 10 minutes)
Session data to maintain consistent user experience during your browsing session (cleared when you close the tab)

This data stays on your device and is never sent to any server. You can clear it anytime through your browser settings.

Ads and Affiliate Links

You'll see ads on this site. Here's how they work:

Featured projects (some I may be involved with)
Sponsored links marked as "Sponsored" contain affiliate or paid partnerships

How I earn:

If you click on a sponsored link and create an account or make a purchase, I may receive a small commission. This helps me keep the site running and build more tools.

What this means for you:

It doesn't cost you anything extra. The price is the same whether you use my link or not.

I only recommend things I believe are useful. When you visit those sites, their terms and policies apply—I can't control or guarantee your experience on external websites.

Third-Party Tracking and Cookies
